Translations removing clozes

Sometimes translations remove clozes like in the example bellow, this seems to happen particularly when clozes are after a dash like "-".

Example 1:

Activation of the {{c2::α₁}} adrenergic receptor causes veno-{{c1::constriction}}

receptor adrenérgico {{c2::_α1}} causa obstrução veno-constricção

Example 2:

TXA₂ causes vaso-{{c1::constriction}}

TXA2 causa vaso-constricção
