Add support for cloze cards, and cards with special characters in field name #4

Added support for cloze cards and escaped special characters such as quotes. (Fixes issue #3)

I'd prefer if you did some tests before merging. It seems to work but I would not want to break people's card by it having a bug in special circumstances.

Oh no problem at all. I did not realize you were working on implementing cloze cards too. But would you mind me sharing the fork with others before you implement the feature and update the addon? Being able to edit cloze cards was really important for me and I think should be for others too.

Yes, sure, I'm perfectly fine with it. The cloze support is long overdue and I won't be able to update the add-on until I finish everything else and it may take some time.
