Not enough video format extensions in the filter in the Open window

For one, .webm is missing. Anki 2.1 seems to be using a system list, but it has no WebM, either (so there is no way to see WebM files in the list).

For now, please click on Video Files (*.avi *.mkv *.mp4 *.ts) and select All files (*.*).
