Is Their Any kind of lighting option in JSC3D or any option to change the light 
position?

No. Jsc3d event does not make use of any light source. The illumination is 
simulated based on palettes which are calculated from material colors. It is 
equivalent to that there is a default directional light source all over the 
scene -- the headlight.

I used to implement an additional light source in a customized branch version 
which was paid. It changed the existing structures heavily. I won't add this 
into the major version.
