Thank you for your support around this update. I'm not really very familiar with the nuts and bolts of github and it's possible I messed something up that's delaying or preventing the merge. If there's something I need to do, please let me know.
My understanding is that keleshev has to accept the merge for it to be completed. Is that right?

This allows dispatch functions to be defined in any order while still dispatching the most specific pattern/function matching the command line. This addresses issue #3.
