Translate README and example TeX file #14

I translated the README and bespiel.tex as best as I could. I didn't really understand the $n$ one, so I substituted one that I knew. My German knowledge is quite rudimentary, so feel free to provide suggestions for things that I may have missed or misread!

Also put in a compiled example.pdf. I leave it up to you to decide whether to have a separate compiled PDF or not.

Well you can not directly get the $n$ and Drölf card, because that's (for the best case) a joke or (even worse) just nonsense and playing with words (Drölf for example is a made up word from DReizehn/Thirteen, ZwÖlf/Twelve eLF/eleven and does not have a real meaning). There seems to be a merge conflict, I have to look at that at home the next days.
