Support for Ubuntu 22.10 #30

Please provide support for the latest release 22.10.

I'd appreciate an Emacs 28 for 22.10, too, is there anything I can do to make this happen? I have access to a 22.10, so I can give it a try when I know what to do.

The builds seem to be done within docker, are there up-to-date instructions how to build packages for 22.10?

still no update on ubuntu 22.10

While it's a bit sad that there are no versions for recent Ubuntus, there is a workaround: I've been successfully using the 28.1 version for Ubuntu 22.04 on 22.10 and even 23.04 by tweaking the repository definition file to use jammy. Probably not a solution for all eternity, but quicker than trying to compile things for yourself.
