@jessicaguo I think this has something to do with the code that you wrote to convert the make_long() output to nodes and links data frames

I think I know what is going on. There are some duplicated nodes that are in multiple "steps". For example CVD is in both domain and outcome. "Substance abuse" and "Mental health" also appear in multiple variables
