From a spreadsheet using the template https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G78WwUQX-5gu75_5Pg--GMnXtRG6Pl7VGlJBDtG_5-A/edit?usp=sharing, extract the necessary information and generate a HTML version of the forecast.
