Problem type text fields are too bland #64

The text information fields are very homogenous. User feedback has revealed that some people skip over this because they assume that the information that it contains remains the same and is irrelevant. It would be good to get some little icons or mini scales in there with some colour to make them pop and easier to understand at a glance.
