Visual metronome #4

Hi,

I was thinking that it would be nice to have some sort of visual feedback when 
using the metronome, such as a blinking symbol, so that the metronome can be 
used silently, or in situations where there is a lot of noise.

This would be excellent, as the metronome is currently more or less unusable 
for drums with drums.

Ideally there would be a flash on each beat, perhaps with the beat number 
indicated somehow. What ever it is, please make it fairly big.
