Feature request: user or room configuration #4

I would like to set a default location when the bot is running and have it be remembered when I call it again across rooms and allow others do that for them too somehow like !user setlocation Helsinki, Finland

Alternatively/additionally I think overriding the default config file In a state event would be nice too and cover most of my usage

I have been considering adding a DB layer to the bot, which should then be possible to tie a default location to a user that would work as you have requested in the first case. I will try to figure out something, because in a multi-user situation or on a homserver that isn't under your direct control and may not even be in your same region, the current behavior is definitely annoying :)
