whoaverse module (aka, subscribe to json) #66

the RSS module should also be able to subscribe to json where possible, for example: http://whoaverse.com/api/subversefrontpage?subverse=news

The RSS branch has that module in progress currently.

Also, FeedSub already supports JSON, so that's cool.

Also, cache the last timestamp from an item.
