Getting access denied while trying to download client tools.

AccessDenied Access denied.
Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object. Permission 'storage.objects.get' denied on resource (or it may not exist).

You can probably just get it from the source repo directly until the links are sorted: https://github.com/cloudflare/cfssl/releases
