A small error in "Bootstrapping the Kubernetes Worker Nodes" step

The line "configs/kubelet-config.yaml \" should be removed.

Because in the previous step, it is updated with Node's POD subnet and already copied to the respective node.

This line over-rights the correct file with the template file.
