Cannot delete deployed application #1284

I successfully built a translator app, its like google translate but with way better results and it can decode ancient writing system or complex codex just fine, complete with writer's true intention on the phrases he/she wrote.

By reading several research paper online and watching some videos explaining it, I successfully applied the algorithm and was surprised with the results. On the first run, I feed it with some data. It was surprisingly fast and I kept feeding it with anything I could find on my possessions. The overall learning process took about 1/4 night and it has learned about 30 years worth of books reading. That was very short amount of time... the result was very intriguing!

However I'm a bit disappointed now because the app can only be used inside on where it was deployed. It can't be used by others and I'm the only one using it. I noticed that the app is a big time waster. It was actually accidentally deployed inside my mind and I want to delete it. As the app was written with no code, deleting it with no backups wasn't a big deal for me. Though, it seems I can't delete them. Why?
