Add support for shithole JS frameworks #1634

Also include a JS-Shithole-Coefficient that indicates the degree of support for the framework. For React, the JS2 coefficient would be calculated as follows:

Would really appreciate this change. I've had to create a hack for my framework shitSandwich.js, but would really like upstream support.
