Needs more badges or shields. #1638

The repository has no badges - no "passing" build badge, no gitter badge, no npm badge... These things: https://github.com/badges/shields. To me, they indicate quality and modernness. I need to know that there's some service somewhere that approves of the state that this repository is currently in.

Please add more of these. At least 4, maybe 7. I'm afraid that his is the only thing currently keeping me from switching literally all (or none) of my software to this framework.

Efforts are underway for this in #441 however it's waiting for the committer to address the code-to-no-code aspects as raised during review.
