Not working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 #2470

I compiled this application as an APK, and moved it over to my phone: ` But, even though it worked fine in Android Studio, it refused to load on my Galaxy, giving me this error: But, when I tried it on my LG G Stylo, I got the expected result of: ` Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a compatibility issue?
