A study into the quantum effects of running nocode #2568

Hi there I'm wondering if you could assist. I was attempting to understand the effects of running nocode on my computer processors heat level, to work out if water cooling would be benefiicial in implementing nocode, and surprisingly could not distinguish between the off and on state of my current model laptop. So I tried on a few other systems, including a BBC micro. In all tests so far, it is hard to distinguish the impact of nocode from that of cosmic background radiation. Is this a subtle quantum effect? Is the act of attempting to measure or observe the output of nocode impacting on my results?
