I have uploaded updated versions of my PCB and circuit schematic with the addition of the 16mHz crystal oscillator

I don't see the GND connections??
Does Pin 22 on the chip need to be explicitly connected to GND?
If this is single-sided, that connection under the chip might be tricky to solder.
Do you actually want the battery to directly connect to the board? I would recommend headers for wire connections to the battery.

Lets add Matt to this repo for his review, especially when the changes above are made.

I updated the the schematic and PCB with headers instead of the battery directly and connected pin 22 directly to ground.
