Port documentation draft to MarkDown #9

The summary of existing notes and presentations on G4CMP that I compiled and organized has been put into MarkDown format (with LaTeX formatted equations).

This document should display well on the GitHub and several other web-based MarkDown renderers but will not work universally.

I'd like the documentation filename changed to something meaningful, maybe "G4CMP.md" since it's the top level.
