The `Convert` task only support `Cat21` as output #22

The current way of converting a given flow into the final format only supports Cat21. Now that we have Adsb21 as well, we should fix the converter. This will probably need some deeper restructuring than one may expect.

Convert is now utterly obsolete and will get removed at some point. I do not plan to keep on using Cat21 anytime soon.
