Capture device information and display server notification #13

We need to capture device information and send them to server when application starts. Also following additional tasks should implemented.

  1. Get and store a device id sent from server.
  2. Send device id with every http request on header for analytical purpose
  3. Show notification alerts when server sends back to client on occasion.
