Selected bus stops to be notified should be able see after screen navigation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select one or more bus stops from Stop search screen or bus service screen for notification.
2. Navigate to different screen and come back again to previous screen
3. Check status of the bus stops selected previously.

Actual Result:

1. In Bus service screen, the status of bus stops was reverted.
2. Stop search screen is empty. Selected bus stops were missing.

Expected Result: Selected bus stops should be shown even after screen navigation.

Enhancement: Need to show all the selected bus stops (from either screen) which are waiting to be notified in stop search screen.
