Offline maps not displayed in 'Flight Mode' (wireless networks turned off) #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Atlas (OSMAND tile) with MOBAC (1.9 Beta 4), copy onto SD card
2. Enable 'Flight Mode' (no wireless networks turned off except GPS)
3. Start Tracking

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to get a map display - blank (tiled) background instead

Which Android device are you using?

Motorola Defy

What version of Android are you running?

Android 2.1

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?

1.1.3

Edit: Think i found the problem - had a GPS fix, but there was no matching tile 
for the current zoom level ... so the screen stayed blank, of course.
Maybe storing a default zoom level / magnification that is automatically 
selected on startup of the app would help?!
