We can intergrate the 2 projects as apps for the framework, microservices or use the endpoints.I am seeing they are covering some of the Git issues which will be beneficial.Since we are scaling we can go with django, my opinion

Any Language is okay TBH. I'll donate some time to do releases every week to a dev environment Just tell me what yo need and we can get a platform in the hands of users ASAP.
