Is it possible to add a feature of all companies awarded tenders by counties, national government, parastatals etc. And the owners of the companies as per the registrar of companies.

If possible where the funding was sourced from too. Grants/ county budget/ national budget

Allow for the data to be crowdsourced. People can input the data anonymously but can be verified and a verified badge can be put against the info. With provision of necessary documents as attachments to confirm I.e company directors form.
