The recall process involves
A. Proving the MNA has gross misconduct happenings - corruption, crime, mental breakdown etc
B. Needs signatures of at least 33% of registered voters of the constituency.
C. The petition detailing the reason for the recall, and the signatures will be delivered to the IEBC who will verify list of voters.
So, for everyone we intend to recall, it is important we have a legal claim to warrant the recall but also, mobilize to collect signatures of at least 40% of voters to allow for errors
Getting a list of voters for each constituency becomes important for many of the ops we shall be doing.
