Translate Java algorithms and comments to English. #182

Please help translate the algorithms and comments in Java from Portuguese to English, as this would help increase the visibility of the repository, and it's the standard used by the company/people.

Hi @kelvins , I am interested in translating this content. If u don,t mine please let me clear,- We have some code in Java that is commented in Portuguese , I have to just translate them.
