FG sues Meta for unethical ads on Nigeria's advertising space🔥

The Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) has just lodged suit against the owners of the Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp social media platforms. ARCON stated that Meta incorporated exposure of unvetted adverts in the Nigerian advertising space which also led to loss of revenue to the FG.

Seeking 30bn in sanction for violation of advertising laws, we hope ARCON will succeed in this pursuit to claw back the lost revenue and clean Nigeria advertising space of unapproved ads.

Henceforth, we should get along to writing our weekly newsletter. I am sorry for being lazy. I have had so much to do but say no more.

If you are still with us, I mean @okunlolafz and @EarlPappi, please wave your hands. If I don't get a wave, I believe you are no longer interested in writing the newsletter or you got busy. In the main time, I will be expecting some waves.

@Iykee you are welcome again. You can create an issue and paste your intended writing for last Friday's newsletter. Since it has been a while since we sent a newsletter, I would have preferred we sent an announcement on we coming back and all. Usually, announcements are shared on Monday and the newsletter properly sent on Fridays.
