Document compatibility issues for projects on GitHub apps #54

With the recent rollout of GitHub app integration, projects created from GitHub app integration do not support some of the features (Terraform resources) here.

for example, you cannot set up scheduled pipelines for projects created with GitHub app. https://circleci.com/docs/github-apps-integration/#scheudled-pipelines

We should document it here, or print a warning in outputs
