Error on GetUrl from MarketDownloadSettings #45

Hi maas, I found this think a little strange, I've a regular ID for the 
industry, but the type is always nothing ...
I'll attach the images

Ok, I've found, it's a bug, when you submit a sector, the first if is ok, and 
then the func will exit, but if you ask for industries, sectors is null, and an 
exception is thorw by sector.lengh because is nothing and you cannot check the 
lenght ...

I've modified the func as attached...
