This is easy enough, make a shortcut to the application and drop it into your Startup folder. There are lots of ways to do this, just do a search for it or here..
Just close the main window after it startups up and it will still be open in the system tray. There IS actually a way you can change any app to ONLY start up in the SYS tray without opening the main window but I don't remember how.
You can pass --tray start-in-tray
to nativefier
for it to start minimized in tray.
You can pass
--tray start-in-tray
tonativefier
for it to start minimized in tray.

Thanks for the great app and I have a suggestion.
For the tray version can we have an option/argument that will start the app minimized to the system tray. Would be very cool !
