Fix dependencies versions #51

It is better to use strict versions of the dependencies, it circumvents incompatibility between them or backward incompatibility.

Thanks for the change and sorry for the delay! I have pulled this request and this should now be available as part of the latest v3.0.0 release.

Because this release was done to support the new Ghost v1.* update, please let me know if you run into any issues.
