With Ghost 2.0 release, certain feature (such as tags and social links) are now provided by default. Instead of using the hacky solution we have in place, leverage the built in system by default.

Social links have now been addressed with https://github.com/kelyvin/caffeine-theme/pull/74.

Will create a different story for addressing tags
