Add underscores for target='blank' #8

Hi, first off, thank you for your great theme. I'm using it as well. I'd like to contribute something to your work as a token of appreciation :). In the social.hbs file, I saw the target being 'blank' which leads to the social pages being opened in a same tab. I've changed it to '_blank' so that the links are now opened in separate tabs. Please review.
