Config example #4

First thank you for this project. Second it would be nice to have a config example using all properties like other bots do. This will facilitate the understanding of the functionalities. Thank you!

The current config file is not as organized as I would like it to be due to the fact that I started out by only supporting Bittrex exchange. After it has been cleaned up I will think about the best place of adding a sample configuration. I will keep this issue open for now.
