Directly output mobi #4

Output mobi directly, instead of relying on the user employing kindlegen/calibre themselves.

I seem to have successfully waited out the main reason for this: Amazon's supporting ePub in the email-to-kindle process, and more-to-the-point isn't supporting mobi for that any more.

Main reason to output mobi now would be for direct (by cable) sideloading to kindles. That said, if I was going to add a new format now it should probably be AZW3.
