Dazar'alor bank bug #30

When entering the bank in the Great Seal (subzone The Royal Treasury). Once triggered, it continues to be thrown on a wide variety of actions, some of which have nothing to do with BfA, until a reload.

This is a bug report for a different addon, with an admittedly similar name.
