Split handynotes integration has a plugin #30

The handynotes integration make have some informations who make double with other more detailed handynotes plugins. It would be better to disable handynotes integration unchecking it in the addon section, or maybe an opt-out in the options.

This is done, albeit as a side-effect of removing handynotes integration and switching to something custom. :D
