Restart outline in light of recent conversation #1

@ChristopherA here's my first stab at an outline of the new master agreement we discussed. Please have a look and let me know if the outline is missing anything you were expecting, or want to have spelled out in terms that apply to all deals with sponsor-patrons. I will take another quick pass through my notes of our call, as well.

Once the outline looks more or less complete, this can come together pretty quickly. I have lots of reference, including Fairshake and Switchmode.
