Terms for "adopted" projects #7

@christophera, do you think it worthwhile to include prebaked terms about "adopting" existing projects into Blockchain Commons' stewardship in the standard patron agreement? Is that something we'd prefer to handle case by case? Is that a possibly we'd prefer not to telegraph to new patrons?

I need the language handy, but I don’t know how typical it will be.

I'm actually recommend that you handle project "donations" case-by-case, on separate paper, at least if and until it starts to feel routine.

There are issues that reliably crop up in those kinds of transactions. But I take it you'd rather develop your own method than simply copy-and-paste an existing process, like Apache's.
