The new confidentiality form is based on Waypoint 2.0.0. The major changes include:
only covers confidential info from patron to BC, not BC to patron
only covers information that's necessary for consulting services and marked or identified as confidential in writing
assumes an existing patron framework agreement, rather than standing alone
