Here is a suggestion about a way to resolve the Issue I opened earlier today.

I'm tempted to take it, but also to soften the injunction to include something of the sort. I don't see any problem using "include" to incorporate terms by reference on its own. But those who want more comfort, or who work with more conservative drafters, might like it. Of course, they might also like this better:
