This is the correct objective function and implementation in the excel file. I just tried running some samples with this objective function and am also getting these large objective values. Our default maximum flux value that we implemented is 9999999, this is the value I'm getting for samples without any culture media implementation. With media I'm getting slightly larger values like what you're getting. I believe the true objective values for each sample will be what you are currently getting - 9999999 (e.g. 10000084.522148650 - 9999999 = 85.522148650), which is on the correct order of magnitude of what we've reported in the paper. I'm trying to figure out what is causing the extraneously large values, will provide an update when I've figured it out.

the form is Ø → 1 h2o2[all] in your supplement data. Is this form 'all( --> 1 h2o2[]) ' in the excel? I used this objective function get the object value 10000084.522148650, the scale of the number seemed to be strange. So my question is about the h2o2 clearance objective function form in the excel.
