When specifying a different rules_file, the fragments were using the rules_file from params.pp, and not the one provided by e.g. Hiera.

Ran into the same problem myself, and this fixed it.

Should have checked the existing pull requests first. I see that #32 addresses the same issue in a different manner.

Pity that this fix after two year still didn't make it to a new release.
