So I set ruby version 2.4.1 for puppet 4.x and it works

Also I fix trailing whitespace and a very tiny Vagrantfile indentation and I made all in one Pull Request https://github.com/kemra102/puppet-auditd/pull/55

This has been resolved in PR #60

The issue was not the version of Ruby. The problem was caused by an environment variable mismatch between the .travis.yml and the Gemfile.
