As a developer
I need to set up the development environment
So that I can start building the accounts microservice

Details and Assumptions

Development environment should include necessary tools (IDE, version control, etc.)
Ensure compatibility with the project's technical stack.

Acceptance Criteria


Given the developer has the required tools  
When the environment is set up  
Then the developer can start coding the service
