List all customer accounts in the service

I need to view all customer accounts
So that I can manage user data efficiently

Details and Assumptions

• The list should include account names and relevant details.

Acceptance Criteria

Given the admin is logged into the system  
When they request a list of accounts  
Then the system displays all the accounts from the service
